Hello from Leigh of Wispy Dahlia Mode.  I bet you are wondering what the name is all about and little ABOUT me.  Of course, I will share.

Mode is how we express our life through style

And me, I am just a woman who grew up in a small town in Kentucky then moved to New York where I worked in fashion then moved to Los Angeles where I got off course and now I have returned to what I live to do which is design and create beautiful interestingly stylish clothes and Millinery for women to wear and express their mode style.

My Favorite Strawberry Blonde Hair Color Using Clariol True Color

A Packable Hat From Woodland to Street Style

On this sunny day, I just had to take a walk.  I cherish days like this where the weather is warm, a breeze is light and humidity is low.  For my walk in the woodland roads of Kentucky, I dress casual.  However, I leave it to my hat to add the fashion statement.  A great fashion hat can do that:  it adds an element of tres chic to a not so stylish look.   Today as I meander down the country road, I love looking at flowers, fauna, the blue sky and Faerieland.  Yes, the natural wooded area near where I live is vast and I dream of the faeries who live there.   But back to my style.  Don't neglect style no matter what you are doing.  Here, I wear a white T-shirt, cut off sweats and moccasins.  The fedora hat gives the look it's wonderfulness.  It's a black corduroy fedora with white pixie dots.   I made this particular one lightweight with no stiffener or lining which makes it a Packable fashion hat.  So yo...
