1930 1940 Style Headband Hat

New to my shop on Etsy. This is a 1930 1940 inspired headband hat. Built up padded half hat style in a black white cotton Polka dot. The front right side has hand set pearls and rhinestones in a tiara design. White yellow daisies enhance the right side with a small blue ribbon tassel.

Fits women's head sizes 22" to 23.5" circumference.
